Rick has been married to his best friend, Susie, for over 40 years.
Earned his bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in management and organizational behavior at University of Nebraska, Omaha., in addition to completing the Associate in Commercial Underwriting - Management designation.
Prior to joining the company in 2001, Rick worked in both accounting and human resources with a food company and aerospace company.
Previously lived in Seattle, WA for nine years and still spends a lot of time in that area each year.
Rick enjoys bicycling, hiking, and spending time with his grandkids.
